Carol Ann really listens to you and adjusts her treatment accordingly to suit my needs. This week we did lymphatic drainage for 1/2 appt and work on a tense shoulder for other 1/2 and both did the trick.

Really felt that after only 1 visit I can feel that my shoulders are already a bit looser and the exercises seem to be stretching all the right areas. Will be booking a follow up session shortly.
